TO: Heirs and Devisees of Carmon P. Ragsdale, Deceased, Heirs and Devisees of Wanda J. Ragsdale, Deceased and Parties in Possession and Parties Claiming Right to Possession.
IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF OREGON: You are hereby required to appear and defend against the allegations contained in the Complaint filed against you in the above entitled proceeding within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this Summons upon you. If you fail to appear and defend this matter within thirty (30) days from the date of publication specified herein along with the required filing fee, Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, NA as trustee under the Polling and Servicing Agreement dates as of February 28, 2002, Series 2001-A. will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint. The first date of publication is December 12, 2002.
