10-29 Male youth, 13, Enterprise, EPD cite for MIP alcohol.

Circuit court

10-30 Travis Lester Kiesecker, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of fire arm, reduced from misdemeanor to violation, 24 months probation, $100 fine, $55 fees, letters of apology to Ron Walter and James and Joyce Wicklander, 75 hours community service, four days work crew, 90 days suspension of driver’s license; reckless driving (merged with above charge), $500 fine, $129 fees; additional charge of reckless driving dismissed; also convicted in seperate cases on 10-30 on charges of resisting arrest and of Criminal Trespass-2; charges of disorderly conduct and carrying concealed weapon, dismissed.
