Reference is made to that certain trust deed made by Betty J. Graham (also known as Betty Jo Graham), as grantor, to LandAmerica (One Stop), as trustee, in favor of Advanta National Bank, as beneficiary, dated 09/25/98, recorded 09/30/98, in the mortgage records of Wallowa County, Oregon, as Microfiche No. 98-36929 and subsequently assigned to Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., as Custodian or Trustee by Assignment recorded as Microfiche No. 99-38209, covering the following described real property situated in said county and state, to wit:

Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the real property to satisfy the obligations secured by the trust deed and notice of default has been recorded pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 86.735(3); the default for which the foreclosure is made is grantor’s failure to pay when due the following sums: monthly payments of $569.86 beginning 06/1/02; plus late charges of $26.57 each month beginning 06/16/02; plus prior accrued late charges of $26.57; plus advances of $0.00; together with title expense, costs, trustee’s fees and attorney’s fees incurred herein by reason of said default; and any further sums advanced by the beneficiary for the protection of the above described real property and its interest therein.
By reason of said default the beneficiary has declared all sums owing on the obligations secured by the trust deed immediately due and payable, said sums being the following, to wit: $55,804.74 with interest thereon at the rate of 10.75 percent per annum beginning 05/01/02; plus late charges of $26.57 each month beginning 06/16/02 until paid; plus prior accrued late charges of $26.57; plus advances of $0.00; together with title expense, costs, trustee’s fees, and attorney’s fees incurred herein by reason of said default; and any further sums advanced by the beneficiary for the protection of the above described real property and its interest therein.
WHEREFORE, notice hereby is given that the undersigned trustee will on January 24, 2003 at the hour of 10:00 o’clock, a.m. in accord with the standard of time established by ORS 187.110, at the following place: inside the main lobby of the Wallowa County Courthouse, 101 South River Street, in the City of Enterprise, County of Wallowa, State of Oregon, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash the interest in the described real property which the grantor had or had power to convey at the time of the execution by grantor of the trust deed, together with any interest which the grantor or grantor’s successors in interest acquired after the execution of the trust deed, to satisfy the foregoing obligations thereby secured and the costs and expenses of sale, including a reasonable charge by the trustee. Notice is further given that any person named in ORS 86.753 has the right, at any time prior to five days before the date last set for the sale, to have this foreclosure proceeding dismissed and the trust deed reinstated by payment to the beneficiary of the entire amount then due (other than such portion of the principal as would not then be due had no default occurred) and by curing any other default complained of herein that is capable of being cured by tendering the performance required under the obligation of trust deed, and in addition to paying said sums or tendering the performance necessary to cure the default, by paying all costs and expenses actually incurred in enforcing the obligation and trust deed, together with trustee’s and attorney’s fees not exceeding the amounts provided by said ORS 86.753.
In construing this notice, the singular includes the plural, the word “grantor” includes any successor in interest to the grantor as well as any other person owing an obligation, the performance of which is secured by said trust deed, and the words “trustee” and “beneficiary” include their respective successors in interest, if any.

WALLOWA-WHITMAN NATIONAL FOREST
The Wolf Timber Sale is located within T.2N., R.43E., Section 4; T.3N., R.43E., Sections 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 28. Surveyed, W.M., Wallowa County, Oregon. The Forest Service will receive sealed bids in public at the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest Headquarters, David J. Wheeler Building at 10:00 a.m. local time on 12/5/2002 for an estimated 1460 CCF of sawtimber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is within the sale area an estimated volume of non-sawtimber that the bidder agrees to remove at a fixed rate. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the offices listed below. A prospectus, bid form, and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale, and submission of bids is available to the public from the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest Headquarters, David J. Wheeler Building, 1550 Dewey Avenue, Baker City, Oregon 97814 and the Wallowa Mountains Visitor Center, 88401 HWY. 82, Enterprise, Oregon 97828.

Notice is hereby given that Community Bank, 609 North Main Street, Joseph, Oregon 97846 has filed, with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, an application to establish a branch to be located at 24 East Alder, Walla Walla, Washington 99362.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its regional office; 25 Ecker Street, Suite 2300, San Francisco, California 94105 before processing of the application has been completed.
