Love and Logic parenting classes are scheduled to start Tuesday, Oct. 29, in the Joseph United Methodist Church. The free classes will be held 6-8 p.m. Tuesdays for four weeks.
Love and Logic is designed to offer parents practical techniques for improving communication skills and for raising responsible kids. The Joseph School Board has recommended this class at the policy workshops it has been holding to grapple with such problems as alcohol and drug use among high school students.
Call 426-9411 to register for the class. Dinner and child care will be provided free of charge.
Love and Logic is sponsored by the Building Healthy Families program with support from the Wallowa County Commission on Children and Families.
